Mr. Agranov has over 20 years of construction experience. As Vice President and Director of Operations for the Job Order Contracting (JOC) and Emergency Response Division, he oversees the planning and execution of public works projects. Mr. Agranov holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Hunter College, City University of New York.
