Upgrade of the existing low-pressure steam heating plant and appurtenances at the Wards Island Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP). This includes the furnishing and installation of new site steam, condensate piping, and appurtenances on the site. Also includes structural modifications, new low pressure steam boilers, building code updates, and façade restoration in the existing Boiler Building.
