Restoration and infrastructure improvements to the Baruch Housing Complex, which consists of 18 buildings spread over a three-city-block footprint.  Upgrades include renovations to heating plants for all 18 buildings with new equipment and high-pressure steam, flood elimination systems and upgrades to sewer and storm management systems. Exterior upgrades include new storm-tight emergency generator enclosures with dedicated gas service, new roadways, sidewalks and green spaces. Architectural improvements include the rehabilitation of building entrances, lobbies and storm-damaged portions of all buildings.
