The Continuum Company’s Madison Square Park Tower, located in New York City’s Flatiron District, is the tallest residential building overlooking Madison Square Park. It features extravagant full-floor and penthouse homes, amenity spaces, a basketball court, and a golf driving simulator. WDF performed the installation of all mechanical piping, ductwork, fire protection, and plumbing infrastructure to support the luxury high-rise. This work included installations of all mechanical and plumbing systems, as well as mechanical rooms throughout the 64-floor building. WDF was also responsible for all drafting and coordination of the mechanical and plumbing services installed.
